A very unfortunate cancellation policy - got screwed over with an almost $200 fee. Be mindful before booking a reservation. And only way to cancel is by leaving a voicemail.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give a zillion stars, I absolutely would! The SUPREMA BURGER is next-level 😍...short rib, brisket, Iberico jamón bacon jam, black garlic sauce, aged cheddar, and roasted tomatoes all piled on a buttery brioche bun. Every bite is pure perfection. The cocktail I had? Just as amazing...cute, flavorful, and crafted to perfection. Totally in love with this tucked-away gem in the West Village! I loveeee when they have the NYC Restaurant Week Deals (this spot has an amazing one!)

All of the staff were excellent. From the moment we entered the restaurant until the time we left, we felt very well taken care of. Most importantly we didn't feel our patronage was taken for granted. Thank you!
We had a group brunch…top notch food and service. Like for real…the food was hot and delicious. Steak cooked to perfection. The bacon was thick and tasty. The Bolognese Rigatoni…a whole moment.
And the cocktails were delicious and flavorful. Bravo to their well balanced espresso martinis. Tasty as hell with a proper pour of good vodka dancing with some fresh espresso. Child, yes.
But the best part is the team that took care of all 30 of us in the most amazing ways. We weren’t rushed and didn’t feel like we bother them with our ad hoc requests.
If you find yourself in the west village…give yourself the gift of Suprema!

The place is spacious and works well for meeting up with friends.
It does get loud during Saturday brunch.
The food is average, but the staff are friendly, service is fast, and overall it’s a pleasant experience for this price range.

The vibe of sitting in the window with a hot date and the city behind you is SO it. This place can give you that, and also the crowded NYC dining room hot spot date vibe… it checks a lot of boxes but is shy of exceptional. Solid spot, though not my first choice for Italian in the Village.

Food was incredible (shrimp + seafood pasta = dreamy), but what really blew us away was the staff.
So warm, so genuine — we felt instantly like we’re at home. Can’t wait to come back!
Thank you Suprema Team 🫶

We had such an amazing time at Suprema in the West Village! We ordered prosecco and pasta, and everything was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. But what really made the night special was the service. Milica took care of us and she was truly incredible — warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome the entire time. Can’t wait to come back!

Had dinner here with a small group of friends. Highlights were the burger (the 3 people who got it were very pleased), pinsa, and happy hour (you need to scan the QR code on the menu to see the HH menu offered til 630pm).
The mushroom pappardelle was just OK.
Service was *fine*. I’d say not particularly warm or inviting.
We had a birthday celebrant as well and they charged for the dessert ($12 tiramisu) for him. Pretty un-classy for what’s meant to be a nice restaurant.
Would I come back? Perhaps just for the burger…but there are also fab burgers elsewhere in the city.

Drink was not good
We got two foods that were not good: octopus was just boiled and tasteless and not grilled well, the burrata carbonara was too salty and the pasta was stale
Good vibes and servers tho
Great restaurant week deal and always a good spot for food. Our server was also really kind.
