Chip City is so freaking good!! A friend recommended them to me a year ago and I’ve been going ever since! I absolutely LOVE anything with a rainbow cookie and they now make a croissant with a rainbow cookie inside! It’s even better when it’s warm. The cookies and cream is also a favorite.
