The food here is 10/10. The emphasis on quality the ownership puts into this space definitely reflects in each dish. The dough to the pinsa is incredible, and the burger is a standout!
Great vibe, a little on the noisy side, but it fits the overall hustle and bustle of this neighborhood, especially on a weekend night. The service staff was attentive and helpful. The food is decent. I ordered pasta rosa, which was flavorful, but it was not cooked well, it was gooey. I'm assuming it was precooked and sauteed when ordered. As an Italian, it did not meet my standards at all.
Great service, decent atmosphere, but the flavor on the dishes were quite underwhelming. Had the Pappadelle and the Insalata. The salad was quite good with the apple and fennel adding a nice balance to the greens. But something just didn't feel right about the Pappadelle. Had a bit of a smokey flavor (almost burnt - the dish wasn't burnt but the flavor felt that way) and the texture was probably a bit chewy than one wood expect. I may come here again to grab something...
