Surreal Creamery Reviews
Got the cake jar sampler pack for a gathering. Took about a 20 minute drive, and they were refrigerated after arrival for probably 2 hours. When we opened them, the frosting in half the jars was liquid. Like colored water. $50 and half the pack was unedible.
We love surreal and miss it now that it moved away from our area. No other ice cream place has the unique flavors and combinations of Surreal. The Earl grey Vietnamese coffee or the Matcha and Tarro flavors are the best.
sooo good!!!! loved it! very unique look and delicious! you get to keep the mason jar, too!

Surreal Creamery is a popular spot for ice cream lovers. This premium soft-serve ice cream shop offers a wide variety of unique flavors, including Matcha, Monster Cookie, Earl Grey Vanilla, and the popular dulce de leche cheesecake. Customers can try samples before purchasing and customize their treats with up to four toppings, such as sauces, cookie dough bites, and sprinkles. The menu features creative desserts like the Monster Cookie and ice cream cakes in a jar, including the "Make Your Own Tres Leches Ice Cream Cake Jar," with options for mini and regular sizes. The ice cream is not overly sweet, making it a delightful treat, and the drinks are visually appealing. The staff is friendly, with some team members providing good recommendations, although experiences may vary. Inside seating is limited, but visitors can enjoy their treats outside or while walking around. Parking can be tricky because of the nearby AMC theatre, but metered parking is available.
The shop offers a big boba ice cream that is very sweet and best enjoyed through the straw rather than eating it on its own. The Earl Grey ice cream is quite subtle, slightly too subtle for some. The ice cream itself is silky and satisfying, and the portions are large—so big that some customers feel a small size would be better since three people couldn't finish it all together. There is space to stand while eating, but no seating is provided. It’s considered a solid spot for soft serve. Additionally, the bubble tea and float options are decently priced, taste good, and come in large servings. However, the ice cream alone is quite pricey, with a tiny cup costing around $8. Many suggest skipping the ice cream and opting for the float instead, which offers more ice cream and bubble tea for just a little more money.
