So amazing and great value. Loved the fast pacing. Was full from omakase course + one add on handroll. The quality of the tuna is great and really loved the sake I got

Went for a friends birthday. Shin was the most attentive server without being intrusive. Five stars for service (food of course was great for $60 and 12 pieces)

At first I was hesitate because my husband is not a big fan of sushi but I am. I have read many review and compare prices to other restaurant and feel like this place might provide a good value omakase. When we arrive, it's very mysterious vibe checking in to the suite. We were early so I waited in the balcony which is nice but not an ideal in the winter. The food was AMAZING! Some pieces just (literary) melt in my mouth. The fish quality was excellent. We enjoy every single bite.

Good service and excellent food. However, we did the OMAKASE experience in 34 minutes. I understand it was the last seating, and everybody was tired, but if you make all rush like this, it is better not to offer seating at 11:00 pm. Even with all the extra pieces, we were up in less than an hour.

This was a nice return to the location of our first Boi experience in a while. As expected, the food and service were as great as remembered. Celebrating a friends birthday made for an extra special experience. The chef made it a fun night. The hostess/bartender was amazing! She made a great recommendation for our sake choice and ensured the celebration was complete with candle and all. Highly recommend this to everyone!

You can get better omakase in NYC. They don’t even do a 17 course like their Chicago location, which is a better location. The atmosphere isn’t great either; you will be rushed here and a lil cramped. Some pieces like the bbq eel also had bones in them. I’ve had omakase in various locations/companies, but this particular one is the worse one I’ve had in terms of service, food, and especially the atmosphere. I went because it was close to where I was and I regret going to this one.

To me this is honestly the BEST Sushi in all of Manhattan. This is a sexy little 'blink' and you'll miss it "hole in the wall" that you'll find inside of a boutique hotel. The ambiance is dimly lit, mysterious, with black walls and red velvet speakeasy vibe. It takes a group of 9 people to close this place down for a private party at $60 pp for an Omakase of 12 courses. We were just a party of 4 on a random Holiday midweek night and had the place to ourselves--and we closed it down. We arrived at about 9pm and stayed til close to midnight. The Hotel's bar is the immediate, equally sexy, adjoining room which is a perfect after the meal spot for drinks and conversation. The sushi chef for our evening is an entertaining latin dude from Queens named Alex. I know you will not believe me when I tell you just how talented this guy is at his sushi craft so you will have to go and experience his culinary genius for yourself. EVERYTHING IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Our water glasses AND Sake cups were never empty ever. And make sure you have some tummy room leftover for dessert. I'm confused by the recent poor review on this place because everything we experienced was opposite of it. The 1 bathroom is all gender and is shared by the restaurant and hotel bar. And it's a pretty clean and well kept. Guys, this is where you wanna meet your date for a rendezvous. Ladies, this is the perfect spot to go to with your girls. Look at the pictures and call up Alex and tell him you're coming!

You enter via the hotel entrance, but once you walk through the curtains you enter a different world.Set in a cozy well decorated space, you sit down by the friendly and brilliant chef. The menu is perfect and for a very good price, especially if you take the quality of the fish into account. Everything tastes extremely fresh. Our charming maitre d, Zahra, was nice and new exactly what everyone needed. We stayed for a few drinks from the nice collection of whiskeys in the lounge bar in the back which is a nice touch. All in all a great experience and something I highly recommend!

One of the best omakase experience we've had in NYC. Alex was a straight boss behind the counter and made our dinner fun and memorable. The nigiris were all flavorful. The 17 course option was worth it. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in NYC.
