First time coming here and it's truly the definition of a hole in the wall spot - it's located in the basement between to jewelry shops. The price here, is in line with the other sushi spots nearby and the quality is good.
Update: went back a second time to try one of their speciality rolls (XO Roll - picture included in the review). The roll was a good portion size giving the price ($17), and had a good balance of creative, flavorful, ingredients without becoming an overbearing soggy, wet, mess like other speciality rolls I've tried at other establishments.
Will be a frequent customer here going forward.

A hole in the wall spot for sure! This place has great sushi. Not only is the food priced fairly, but the employees are willing to give recommendations. Warning, they are takeout only! So do not expect to go inside and dine in. They are pretty quick and offer a lot of options, which makes it nice if you're in a rush. If you do go in person, do not expect fancy or friendly service--just good food.

Food was good but this place is strictly takeout. It's literally a basement window you walk up to and stand there while waiting for your food. Not that I expected very much, but absolutely no effort was made to be friendly or anything along those lines. Simply what do you want? Pay for it. Move on. Like I said the food was good. If I find myself in the area again I would eat the food again.
