A friend and I stopped here impromptu on our walk and we were extremely impressed. Our server was a literal angel and provided sincere personal recommendations to my friend returning from Japan. We ended up re-ordering both of her suggestions. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive, the inside was also so sweet to be in. You can tell the care they put in and we really appreciated it. Will absolutely be back!!
This place is amazing. I almost don’t want to write a review for fear that everyone will swarm it and I’ll lose my favorite delivery sushi! The salmon avocado maki is always fresh, plentiful, and also somehow reasonably priced. The egg fried rice is perfect: comforting and no-frills. Their takeout packaging is great—nothing has ever spilled or been jostled. Don’t sleep on Sushi Hatsune.
Decent sushi and reasonable prices. The smoked edamame was excellent. Gyoza was good. Loved the tuna roll. Wouldn't get the chili tofu again, it lacked flavor
This place predominantly does delivery business, the actual restaurant is tiny
Very good sushi. I’d recommend going hard on the combos here - the 5 piece chef choice nigiri combo for 20 dollars is a really good deal, same with the bluefin 5 piece combo for 28. The sushi quality is as good as a bunch of omakase places, and much cheaper. There’s never a wait here which is nice. I also like the maki combo with the seared toro and salmon - very generous with fish in these. Crispy rice with spicy tuna is tasty!
I was super duper hungry so I don’t have a picture of the food. They offered a promo on Uber Eats, buy one get one free Gyoza and salmon rolls, I had to do it, then I also ordered a spider roll as well.
Let’s start with the packaging, Chopsticks, a napkin and a spoon in a sealed package, it came in an insulated bag, and the containers were perfect to hold the food as well as the condiments. Plenty of ginger, and wasabi, soy sauce, and ponzu. The rolls were not sloppy, the fish was fresh and flavorful. The gyoza, rapper was not too thick, it was fried to perfection, and there was plenty of filling. I’m allergic to avocado, and I wrote not to put avocado and it was followed to the, ‘T’.
I saw someone’s comment that the hand roll was small, FYI, a hand roll is small, because, it’s a hand roll, small, as your hand.
I am definitely ordering from here again, marking as a favorite.
Great deal for the two roll combo. I love their sushi and the staff is sooo nice. I support whenever I can. The restaurant itself is nice but often mobbed with delivery drivers. Highly recommend take out or eat in on a non weekend night
I ordered the two roll special to go. The spicy tuna roll was incredible- it had some puffed rice crunchies in it and was the best I’ve ever had. The avocado roll was cold and fresh. 10/10 would recommend
These are $18 hand rolls ($9 each). It’s very small. I’m a woman, and it only took me three bites to finish it. Here it is compared to my palm and my seven-month-old baby’s hand. The taste isn’t amazing—just average, similar to an inexpensive sushi rice ball. So I don’t recommend it; the value for money isn’t great.
Got food poisoning from here on Sunday, January 26.
Had been eating the same dish (Chirashi) from here for years but won’t anymore — and I don’t recommend anyone else dine here either.
Best Sushi. No joke. Always delivers… pun intended. I never write reviews but I’m eating their sushi right now and it’s so good and deserves all the stars.

Truly amazing takeout sushi, quality of fish was incredibly fresh and delicious. I loved how it came in an insulated bag so sushi was delivered cold! 10/10.
Good foods
Top tier sushi, best price, fresh, and quick. The fried rice is the best I’ve had. They improved mobile experience (new app and to-go bags) which I greatly appreciate
Hit the spot!
Expensive but so high quality and so worth it!
