Kuih Cafe Reviews
Everything!! We tried the nasi lemak, kuih ubi kayu, pandan chiffon, Ube taro layer cake and pulut panggang! And i love them all, the food reminds me of home 🏠
Enjoyed the set on a Saturday afternoon. The line was fairly short and waited maybe 15 mins. The highlight was the pandan cream on top of the rice dessert. And brown part on the jelly dessert. Happy to try different flavors and new desserts. There are a few seats inside and outside. If the weather is nice, I would recommend going to the nearby park.
Amazing high quality desserts at this hole in the wall spot!! Rare gem

Kuih Cafe is a traditional Malaysian cafe operated by a welcoming owner who prioritizes authenticity. The cafe serves a variety of Malaysian treats, including the thick Malaysian pancake with pandan, peanuts, and brown sugar, as well as crispy crepe-like pancakes and homemade kuih that are not overly sweet. It also offers savory dishes and seasonal specials, including the Pumpkin Basque Cake and Purple Sweet Potato Basque Cake, which are known for being colorful, super moist, and delicious. With a focus on flavorful, homemade food, Kuih Cafe is a must-visit destination for Malaysian food enthusiasts. The cafe has gained popularity, showing a good flow of customers despite its location being a little far from the busiest part of Chinatown. Preorders for special occasions like the Mid Autumn festival are available, featuring delights such as gorgeous durian mooncakes. The service is quick, and the food is made without preservatives, making it an excellent choice for food lovers.
