My friends treated me and my wife to dinner here as an engagement present. We all had a wonderful time and thought the food was top notch. On top of the fresh fish and impeccable presentations, I really appreciated that Don was so accommodating to dietary restrictions. Many restaurants serving omakase are unwilling to make changes. I would absolutely come back again and recommend this to anyone.

Have been many times and love everything about it here. The staff is always friendly and inviting. The space is great. The sushi is always excellent and a mix of their signature pieces and whatever is fresh and in season. All things considered, the price is super reasonable and I think is the best trade off of quality vs. price of pretty much anywhere. Looking forward to going back soon!

Chef Don and his team always provide us with an absolutely impeccable & delicious dining experience that never ceases to blow our taste buds away. The service is always incredible - Nini in particular goes above and beyond to make sure we’re not only enjoying our meal but that we’re also having fun! Chef Don, Nini, and the whole team are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the food and drinks they are presenting to us which makes everything that much more delicious. The whole team is warm, engaging, and a delight to spend a meal with. We’ve celebrated all of our major milestones at Ishikawa and they always deliver a memorable and delicious experience. This isn’t just an omakase - it’s one of the best dining experiences in NYC!
