I absolutely adore a good OMAKASE dinner date, and this place is a real elevated treat.

We got a chance to sample both their Omakase experience and several appetizers. The sushi bar is beautiful, highly recommend sitting where the action is.

We loved exploring the menu, here were some of our favorite dishes/courses:

This is a beautiful place to spend with the family, its menu is very varied, the service is very welcoming and lastly, I am a person who loves sushi and this food is truly a delight in this wonderful place.

I’m coming here at least every month. Amazing place with Michelin sticker on the door. Deserve all credits. Take a seat at the bar to be served by one of 3 chefs. Order Omakase. Salmon with fried tomato is the must! No line, no reservation. Just hidden gem of 46 st in TimesSquare.

Absolutely horrible. Do not order from here. Ordered delivery. No cutlery. No soy sauce. No utensils. What kind of place is this.

They are not very friendly but the food is good and well prepared.

I had the sushi Seki “tasting menu”. The portions and presentation of the dishes were good, but the taste of some of the filler dishes (everything in between the sushi and the beef) had nothing special about it. It left me really confused because the sushi and wagyu Beef dish were amazing! Because of this I left the restaurant feeling a little underwhelmed. All this to say I wish I didnt get the prized fix tasting menu and went with the regular menu instead, for i have no doubt the food is delicious.

One thing I cant stress enough about to this place is that it has an amazing set of workers. Everyone treated me in the most respectful and caring manner. I was wearing shorts and a really disgusting gym shirt, yet all the people I interacted with made sure I felt like a king! Thank you to the staff.

The atmosphere feels genuine and cohesive to the cuisine and even though the place its right next to Times Square, Sushi Seki allowed me to feel separated from the NyC chaos.

For the States, it is quite good sushi. Is there better? Yes. But do they do a great job of creating a vibe and experience? Absolutely. And is it good?

Nice location and ambiance. Food overall was pretty good, nothing amazing (compared to other restaurants we've been to). Excellent service and warm hospitality. Unfortunately not worth the cost. Tasting menu ($125 per person) for my wife lacked creativity, quality, and substance. The Wagyu beef was excellent, but the tiny serving size left us leaving hungry after spending so much.

The sushi/sashimi was excellent and beautifully presented but it took 40 minutes to be served. A couple that arrived after us were served well before we were. The sushi chefs were clearly overwhelmed. In fairness, we were comped my glass of wine and the servers recognized the delay and apologized.

The people were welcoming and friendly and the food was the best I’ve ever had, I would defenitly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience or a place to relay and enjoy amazing tasting food
