Great spot for a quick healthy meal. We had two harvest bowls, and the food was fresh with a well balanced taste, prepared with care. We found the size of the portions perfect for us. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere relaxing.

Great selection of stuff for a salad. Reasonably priced for NYC. No desserts.

Ordered a bowl to be delivered. It was left outside an apartment no where here near mine. The cover was loose and some food was in the bag. Utensils were requested but not included.

Team is friendly, helpful and respectful.
I ordered the Miso Salmon. Within 2 hours I got food poisoning from it and threw up 6 times.

The best alternative for healthy eating in New York! Fresh salads with good produce. Salad bowl to taste for about $10. At this particular sweetgren, Joe who looked after us every night was very friendly and lovely! Thank you!!! :)

I was excited to try Sweetgreen during my trip to NYC, but I left disappointed. The customer service was poor—the employee was unhelpful, answered dryly, and seemed disengaged. On top of that, the portion size for an almost $20 bowl was shocking. My steak bowl had barely any protein and very little rice. Maybe I visited on a bad day, but it’s disappointing given the high expectations I had for this chain.

I just ran a marathon and had to pee SO badly, and was told I couldn’t use the bathroom unless I was a paying customer. No problem, I agreed to buy something afterward—but then, after already waiting forever, the employee had the nerve to tell me I’d have to go back to the end of the line. Are you kidding me? This is beyond unreasonable, it’s downright heartless. Instead of showing the tiniest ounce of compassion to someone in desperate need, you chose to follow a pointless, rigid policy with zero regard for basic decency. It’s shameful. I won’t forgive or forget this. Never eat here.
The restaurant smells bad. Tables are dirty.
I when to this location last week to order happened that I forget my wallet went to get it and came but the guy who take my order just place my order in the open I ask him to place me another he refused...today I when back he was telling his other co-worker it me,then the woman was like they can't sell for me because I didn't pay for my last two order mind you that was last week which was only one order I made why should I be paying for two orders which i didn't make and I didn't take.Whoever that manger is they need to change him.he was being very nasty and refusing to sell for me i will never encourage anyone to go at that location.

I love sweet greens, but the food from this location wasn't fresh. The kale was old, the chicken was reheated, and they gave me very little dressing. I'll try another location

I have come to expect overpriced food in NYC. So, at almost $20 for a salad, sweetgreen’s price gouging is normal. What is not normal is how bad the food and service are. So many times, my order is missing ingredients, and always the more expensive ones. Other times, the produce is wilted and clearly not fresh. I could maybe excuse this, if the service was excellent, but it isn’t. You would think “rude and dismissive” are required qualities to get hired at sweetgreen based on how the employees act. If you want an expensive, hastily thrown together salad or bowl, I encourage you to try any of the other places within a few blocks of here, I sure will be. At least the employees there don’t yell at me. And corporate, if you’re listening, clearly I’m not the only person who experienced this, given the constantly dropping rating of locations around the city. You are turning away your core demographic of customers with this strategy—good luck!
