I waited a while before writing this review because this used to be my favorite spot—but not anymore. The food quality has really gone downhill. Lately, every meal has been a disappointment. I tried the blackened chicken on a salad and couldn’t even tell it was chicken—it tasted like some kind of mystery meat. Then I gave the herb-roasted chicken a shot, and it was even worse—undercooked and just gross. Both options were clearly low-quality meat. I’m not sure what happened to this place, but after a string of bad experiences, I won’t be coming back. :(

Sweetgreen is my go-to spot after a workout, and the Harvest Bowl always hits the spot! The food is fresh, healthy, and satisfying. But what really makes the experience great is the amazing service—Leo and Angel are the best! They’re always so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Kid-friendliness: Yes. . Bring the kids. Just be sure they're well-behaved. No one wants a toddler running around squealing while folks are trying to eat lunch in peace b4 heading back to the office. Thank you.

I read the reviews and thought it couldn’t be that bad, it’s just sweet green after all. I went in here for dinner and ordered a hot honey chicken bowl. They made me a bowl with white rice, chicken, and the wrong sauce. The white rice was inedible and it didn’t resemble any bowl I’ve ever had from sweetgreen before. Would avoid this location until they make quality control changes.

I ordered a Harvest Bowl salad from your store around 8:30 pm today. My Harvest Bowl salad came with all the ingredients except for the roasted chicken, which is the main ingredient of this salad. There wasn’t a single piece of chicken in it. I’ve ordered from this place four times recently, and this is the second time I’ve had a missing item in my salad. I tried to get a refund from DoorDash due to the missing item, but DoorDash wasn’t able to provide it. This isn’t just about the money; it also reflects how much you value your customers. If you run out of an item, you should at least notify the customer or replace it with a similar item, such as another protein in this case.

Horrible customer service at this location! The staff ignored my request of “light” sauce, and kept giving me A LOT sauce after I repeated “light, please” for THREE TIMES! The whole time no greeting at all. Just blank stares. Seems super checked out from his job. The store manager can look at security footage if you need verification.
Had to throw away half of the bowl, as it’s barely edible.

The food was nothing short of outstanding. Each salad and bowl was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented.
The atmosphere was equally impressive.
Excellent service, incredible food, and a delightful atmosphere make this a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!
