Love this location and everyone here has been great always. Sadly for the first time I had the displeasure of meeting Eswin at the counter today and he has truly the worst demeanor. If he doesn’t even want to ask the usual basic question of, what dressing would you like?, and rolls his eyes at every bowl request, he should just stay at home.

It’s sweetgreen. Overpriced, understaffed, packed with finance bros during lunch/dinner rush. If you need something healthy and fast, it’s convenient, but you’ll pay the price for it. This location is pretty hit or miss for me

Disgusting!

I visited on June 23rd at 3pm. A staff member was preparing online orders, and I saw him put his finger in his mouth and use same hand to put ingredients into people’s food.

This is beyond disgusting. It shows unacceptable lack of basic hygiene. I hope management checks camera and takes it seriously.

Disappointed with the portion size at this Sweet Green. Went in person because usually online orders have the problem of portion size being pretty light but when you order in person they fill the bowl. Unfortunately not the case at this location. If I am spending $15 on a salad, I need the bowl to be full! Especially if it’s really just lettuce and veggies as I omit the chicken in the Caesar salad being vegetarian. Won’t come to this location again.

Lunch rush and they have like 3 people staffed to serve everyone, what? Was twice told “10 minutes” for the fries and waited 30. Left without my food the second time. Get these people some help, you need more people serving

Food was really good but the workers literally hate their jobs. We mobile ordered and got there like 15 minutes later and it wasn’t ready but when it was ready, they forgot our fries (empty building mind you) (wasn’t about to close mind you). I asked the guy working at the register, “Hi! We also ordered fries?”, and he didn’t answer and started pulling mobile order tickets from the machine. When the third ticket was printed he got mad (for some reason?) and pulled like a foot of perfectly fine receipt paper out the machine and instead of responding to me, he turns to the other woman with glasses who was working and told her we didn’t get our fries. She looks at me and goes, “I’m talking to someone” ???? We literally got there when it was empty and I wasn’t even talking to you in the first place… anyway food is absolutely buss but workers need to to ahead and clock out

Ordered a bowl with chicken and feta, they didn't put either chicken or feta. 15$ for rice, chickpeas and half an avocado. Avoid.

My wife and I shared one of the chicken pesto bowls and a steak bowl. for each we substituted tomatoes for another option (sweet potatoes and chickpeas respectively). They were out of the blackened chicken so we also had to substitute for the herb roasted chicken.

The bowls were both flavorful, but the steak was our favorite! The steak was tender. We also really like their pesto and used it with both bowls, plus some of their hot sauce.

The store seemed clean and spacious, but the staff who helped us pick up our order did not seem to be enjoying their job. When I commented that one of our bowls had its lid falling off and food spilling out as she put it into a bag she remarked that they did not have any tape (I could tell she had already noticed but chose to ignore it). She did go get another larger bowl that she could wrap around the first so that the lid could snap onto, but was not enthused about it. I think the issue was just that the paper bowls are not super secure.

We did not eat at the restaurant but it seemed clean with seating up on a second level.

Not such good service, it was slow and not very cheerful. And the new fries were baked far too short, were still completely white instead of brown and crispy.

Salad was good, but tastes less good when the service is shit.

Would I come back? Yes! Food was delicious, granted, the price for my custom kale caesar salad bowl was more expensive than it usually is at other locations, if I am ever around the area again, I still would buy my salad over!

Service was great too although I had to wait on line for about 15-20 minutes, as the area is more busy and everyone in the area love sweet greens, the place was crowded, however once I was in front of the line, the workers were very friendly and after ordering they all were quick with making everyone salad, place was also clean.
