Quick service, really nice elevated seating. Nicer disappointed by the quality here and always fair portions. Paid 22 dollars for a bowl and left feeling full, happy, and healthy.
Another thing, this location in particular ALWAYS has the best steak, cooked perfectly and always super soft and tender with amazing flavor

“I’m honestly fed up with this place. Every time I order online, they forget something — an ingredient, a topping, a side — like it’s that hard to read an order. And when I come in person, it’s even worse. The staff act like they’re doing me some kind of favor by making my food. News flash — you’re not doing anyone a favor. Customers are the reason you even have jobs. Instead of paying attention to the people who are actually spending money here, they’re too busy laughing and joking around with each other, acting like it’s social hour. Half the time I can’t even tell if they’re talking to me or just messing around among themselves. It’s unprofessional, careless, and flat-out disrespectful. Get your team in order — this place has gone downhill fast.”

Walked in during a busy lunch rush the other day, and Francine & Harper were able to help me out big time. They were friendly & it was obvious how incredibly hard they were working. The food was great & I’ll definitely continue to go to this Sweetgreen

Major problems every time i’ve been here. First time they were online orders only, could not step foot in store. Second time had only one person working with line of 10+ people. Third time out of all proteins except tofu. Some SGs are well run and some are poorly run - this one is very poorly run

It’s been 3 times since they’ve missed steak in a steak bowl delivery. Extremely frustrating. One time I did pick up, found out it was missing on spot, and told them the issue. But it has not changed.

Please start sealing the containers and bags for delivery orders. It’s very easy to tamper with the food when it’s not sealed.
Their POS system was down and they had a sign in the front door that said cash only. I walked 20 minutes to go get cash came back. The sign was still there and they told me they wouldn’t take cash. Then the woman wouldn’t even take the sign down on the front door that was wasting customers time.
Customer service is lacking big times. Cold interaction from the guy serving us behind the counter, lots of “huh” or “what”? He also rolled his eyes at one point… what a joke. No manners at all or consideration to paying customers. Salad was decent though so do whatever you want.

For the third time in recent weeks, I was told at 1:00 PM that the Guacamole Greens salad was unavailable due to no avocados. This recurring issue points to serious inventory management problems at this Sweetgreen location. Corporate leadership, please address this!

Love this location and everyone here has been great always. Sadly for the first time I had the displeasure of meeting Eswin at the counter today and he has truly the worst demeanor. If he doesn’t even want to ask the usual basic question of, what dressing would you like?, and rolls his eyes at every bowl request, he should just stay at home.

It’s sweetgreen. Overpriced, understaffed, packed with finance bros during lunch/dinner rush. If you need something healthy and fast, it’s convenient, but you’ll pay the price for it. This location is pretty hit or miss for me
