The food was fresh and very good. Staff was accommodating and professional. Despite the crowd during our visit, staff was patient and courteous. Our server, Raen C, was very pleasant and professional. She answered our questions in order to ensure we’d have a positive experience and enjoy our meal.

It's either what you expect or it isn't. Last night we were passing through and ordered our usual but service was severely delayed. Took an hour to get our food and the chops were COLD (chewy), macaroni and cheese also cooled to room temp. Greens and corn bread were warm. The workers there are awesome people I expected some explanation but only got cool food. We literally opened it as soon as we got in the car so this was human error, unfortunately

I had a lunch meeting the day before Thanksgiving in the enclosed outdoor patio. Great service. Blue haired host was attentive on entry. One of the waiters was so kind and wasn't even our server (dark skinned petite man) He went out if his way to get me a chair for my purse. The service was outstanding in general.

But the food? I'm not even sure if that chicken was cleaned well. It tasted gamey, as if lemon and vinegar never saw it, And seasoned...
