I am disappointed with the quality food and look to avoid this place so I don't get sick or my family

Not bad but if you are looking to rediscover the flavor of real Japanese pancakes, go your way. It's incomparable. The pancakes are quite "hard" and the dough very sweet, the chocolate coulis is syrup, the cream is almost absent even though it is the basic ingredient of the Japanese pancake. Brief. If you don't know Japanese pancakes and want a snack it's nice, if you have already had the opportunity to visit Japan I don't recommend it.

Some of the products were almost out, so they were putting fewer ingredients. It wasn't worth it for the money we gave. It was flavorless. We watched how crepes were made in San Francisco for 3 minutes, so here it felt even longer when we had to wait. I ordered the shrimp avocado, and they put only 4 shrimps that were bland. And too much wasabi sauce, so I didn't taste anything else. My friend got the shrimp tempura that was way too spicy and was missing ingredients. And his drink was nothing special too. Maybe this place is way better if you get the sweet crepes, not the savory.

The crème brûlée crepe…..wow. And NY cheesecake wasn’t bad either.

Tuesday morning, came and ordered, got immediate attention so that’s a plus. Prices were fair, more glad that the person ringing me up wasn’t pushy about the phone number. The two workers there seemed to work in sync, while ordering one already on the stove, by the time I finished(which took a bit), it was ready to be prepped, almost no waiting time, wish I left a bigger tip.

Im a frequent tswirl customer at other locations. I ordered the spicy crabmeat, probably my 6th time getting it. The first thing I notice is it felt slimmer than usual.
Few bites into it I felt it’s lacking something. Without the crunchiness of Shallots, the texture is subpar. Edamame and Sesame seeds are nowhere to be found either. Seaweed salad? I MAY have tasted a strand or two. Not enough to tell that it was actually present and so as the sesame dressing.
If you are sold out on half the ingredients then at least let the customer know. It isn’t fair asking customers to pay full price for half lacking crepe while charging extra for every single additional ingredients.
Disappointing.

The crepes were very very good and extremely tasty. We ordered both sweet and savory crepes and both of them had sufficient filling, and tasted very good. The workers were nice and overall it was an enjoyable experience. The place is relatively small so be prepared to take out. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

The food is absolutely amazing with the options they have but it is quite expensive, but if you pick blindly you will still have something pretty good. the service is alright you just buy the food and wait. the wait is really long but it is somewhat understandable when you watch them make your food but also the store is extremely small with how packed it can get with just a few people. but definitely worth the waits

I love Asian ice cream crepes. The only one in the neighborhoodSmallish space, no outlets. More of a grab and go type of placeI’ve yet to try their savory options. Maybe some other time
The Litchee crepe was really good. Crispy with generous filling. The fruit was fresh. You can order at the kiosk or directly at the register. The place is small, only two tables, but waiting time wasn't too bad. I'd come back to try other crepes!

Small clean location. Two small stools if occupied then no place to sit. Good to try if you've never had before
