Best ramen I have ever had. Highly recommend the Tabata, it's a classic ramen dish. Chili flakes are also a must!

I used to come here a lot since it's in a convenient location and there's never a wait. It's a bit hard to find since the storefront is tiny, and this lack of visibility likely contributes to why it tends to be empty most times. This makes it for a good stop when you have an immediate craving for any ramen. Their ramen is decent but not memorable. I usually get tonkotsu, and it's a bit bland but does the job. My favorite thing about their menu is actually not ramen but the takowasa, which they serve a pretty huge portion of that you can't find often in other Japanese restaurants. I haven't been back in a while since there's constantly new and better ramen options popping up in the area, but I know this place will be around if a sudden craving hits.

At the first moment you enter this restaurant the personel give you an agreeable feeling. Very friendly waiters, it is a friendly restaurant to pass time with friends or with your date. delicious meals, skillful chef de cuisine, good pay and generous service. Highly recommended.

We had very good Ramen and Gyu-Don in this small restaurant. It´s not convenient for a group of people or for a longer stay. Though if you just want to have a fast and yummy Japanese dinner this place is perfect.

I needed a quick and fortifying lunch and was very happy with the seafood ramen. I don't think they make their own noodles, but the broth was luscious and the service was quick. A very unprepossessing store front, almost visible, but a warm and welcoming interior.

We were visiting New York and wanted a quick bite before our broadway play. I was expecting regular ramen but was very pleasantly surprise by spectacular ramen! I recommend the red samurai!

Great tonkatsu ramen. Quick service. Portions are large enough for two.

Almost got stuck in a tourist trap ramen place but had the wherewithall to walk out and found this gem. I would travel back to NYC just to have the tan tan men again. No frills delicious ramen prepared quickly. Not Japanese run, but most places aren't

A nice and cozy place to grab a quick ramen. I would recommend the tabata really as it's rich and filling

Best edamame/ramen I've had in NY

The entrance is sad - in between a 2 Bros and an XXX store. My friend and I heard this was Burmese-run so we decided to check it out! He got the Tabata Ramen and I got the Lava Men. Both of the broths were pretty good and creamy. I honestly would have given this a 3.5, but rounded up because of kind service. The noodles were generic and seemed store-bought. The interior looks a bit run down too.

The curry ramen was very delicious, the service was excellent and so was the environment. The place was very clean and the food was served in a timely manner. I loved the taste and would definitely go back. The place is family friendly. They serve beer as well and teas and sodas. This place is not have a kid's meal and is not wheel chair accesible. I recommend this place for a very hot flavourful bowl of fresh noodles

Overall, will not be coming back here. Rude staff and with average and overpriced food. The ramen broth isn't even broth.. it's water with a crap ton of fake seasoning that will leave you thirsty af later. Also, they automatically charge an 18% gratuity without asking, so there's that. Don't go here.
