This is so weird to be reviewing a Taco Bell but the Taco Bell cantina in my neighborhood is so horrible so I just felt like I wanted to do something to recognize how amazing this one is. Food comes out great, staff is on top of it in all ways. If Taco Bell corporate gives out recognition, this location deserves it. I have a Taco Bell a block away from my house in bedstuy and I come to this one to get my fix.

Refused a cup just for water. Said the foutain water is free but told me i had to pay $ 3.27 for a cup. Amad claimed he is the manager for that shift around 5:10pm. After i spent 22 dollars . Shame on you...

Very nice Taco Bell. I went to get my favorite thing - the 7 layer burrito! The Cantina menu of chicken options is also surprising good and probably the best thing you can get get there if you're looking for a healthier option. Cherry coke in the fountain is the best. Place is big and open air with lots of seating. Service is generally fast. Recommended!

I've had food poisoning for three days from eating tacos from this place. I went to the doctor today and am awaiting tests: diarrhea, dehydration, nausea, and dizziness. I don't know how the place is clean; I ordered some crispy chicken tacos. My coworker also got sick at the same time. Be careful! It could be bacteria in the food.

Location was convenient, clean, and made good food. Easy to order with touch screens and lots of table space for a New York location. Was surprised the store decided to not offer cups of water for customers. Would have made my experience better. Perhaps they can re-consider this policy for customers if this is an issue for enough people

I really liked this Taco Bell Cantina when visiting New York City. For dinner or as a late night craving after a concert at Madison Square Garden. The tacos and burritos were delicious with fresh ingredients, prepared in front of your eyes and with a good staff. At peak times there can be some time to waiting time, but overall a really positive experience.
Was literally choking and asked for water and they said sorry, no water.

Visited for breakfast. Ordered the iced cinnabon coffee with the meal. It tasted very bad (sour), as if there was something else in it. When I complained, it became clear the man serving did not understand much English, but they did make another. I watched - it was made correctly, however the problem became clear when I saw the milk was bad - it was lumpy and split, so clearly off. I tried to explain this and the man serving simply couldn't not understand as he spoke hardly anything English. I gave up and got an empty cup and had a soda for breakfast. Just use a different Taco Bell.
