Food is fine, does the job. Have had multiple customer service inquiries though and have never once gotten a response. Will no longer be using this service
Recipes are more complex than other options such as Home Chef and Blue Apron, and require meaningfully more prep work and cleanup, but are usually worth it in the end. The meal quality usually reflects the complexity. Recently, however, I have had repeated instances of missing ingredients several weeks in a row. The meals are excellent! The problem can be delivery….twenty four hours late with spoiled food. when you contact them about the problem via their customer service app, there is an incredibly slow response time. Last time I gave up and called and the person on the phone Refunded the box. This time I am waiting to see how long it takes them to respond before I have to give up and call for a box that cost me $125 and arrive spoiled.
