Of the three brands in the same price range generally is the only one that shows the nutritional value really early on in their menu. They are also the easiest to find the best combination of low sodium low calorie and low carbs. However all three companies could do better in this.
Most of the food is delicious, however, some dishes are a little on the bland side. I like that i can purchase three meals, for two, per week for only $56.xx, whereas other companies charge the same amount for only two meals, for twoper week.What I don't like about this company, is that everything comes loose in the box, only separated by a cardboard tray set on top of the cold food. I also don't like that I have to provide the vinegar and garlic, those are staples I usually...read full review

First box had an onion that was bad in the middle. Second box was leaking meat juice when I brought it in the house. Took it off the porch right after the Fed EX guy dropped it off. Outer layer of ice was soft but packs were still frozen on the inside. Beef pack had a leak. I used that meal first, and it was delicious.
