The service was very good and they are open late. The food could be a little warmer but it's cool. If you wanna grab a bite to eat really late then I recommend them.

These two people were so disrespectful to me. I told them that they put tomatoes on my tacos, and there was hair in my food. I asked them to replace it at least and they told me no to go back to my country

As someone who works in the service history, I do my best defeat however, I ordered from this exact Taco Bell all the time I often find myself options. Fortunately, or so I’d like to make an off time to talk about be open, unfortunately no matter how many times I order the exact same thing this specific road has yet to meet my order requirements on more than one occasion I chose to go down physically rather than ordering a Uber eats them first. I am not so lovely individual to seem to be angry, but I didn’t want Order on the system on the wall. That’s not very hospitable. I was asked to tap three separate times. I showed the lovely lady behind the counter that I was already charged. She seemed to not really care as her and said I was not so I paid again totaling an additional $10 that I’m still sure simply got taken from me. Honestly, a horrible experience unfortunate because most Taco Bell‘s are lovely with wonderful people who work there. Do your best to avoid this location.

Clean place and nice customer service but I specifically asked if they had the red sauce for the bean and cheese burrito because every single Taco Bell I go to fails to put it on and he said yes. I get my burrito and no red sauce. Does Taco Bell just not make it anymore? If so take it off the menu please. The guy at the front definitely put in the right order too because he read it back to me so I don’t know what happened but the bean and cheese burrito without the red sauce is quite sad.

When in a pinch to grab some fast food and craving Mexican type fare where else than Taco Bell. This particular one is pretty clean and seems to be well managed. The staff is friendly and attentive to get things moving right along so there isn’t much of a wait here. The prices are typical of most fast food here in the city but do seem to be increasing slowly. Fast food is not cheap these days but that’s to be expected I guess for NYC.
Makes no sense for music to be played so loud at this location im looking to get lunch im not at a club please correct your workers conduct it's very unprofessional
