Tell me how I spend $50 and while waiting (forever) I ask for a small cup of water from the fountain drink machine and this woman refuses and tells me $2.49 are you serious? I have NEVER in my life walked into a fast food place / cafe / restaurant & been charged FOR WATER . Even bougie Starbucks gives water for free Ya'll are out of your minds. EVEN TACO BELL ON 145 & 181 GIVE WATER FOR FREE !!!!!!!!

At first when I was younger and went here for my appointments 2-1 years ago it was good at first and they where nice and always got orders perfectly, but now they got my order wrong when I canceled part of my order then gave to me still and gas’s lighted me to say that I did order it WHEN I CANCELLED IT! But the food is great it’s just why you gotta lie :(

I placed my order through one of the kiosks and wanted to use the bathroom. I asked for the pin and was met with a snarky remark. “We’re busy right now and you can wait until someone gets out.” Mind you all I asked was for the pin. There was only one other person in the restaurant at the time. There was a better way to communicate.

Extremely little food for such a HIGH price. TASTELESS. Not even the lettuce was enough let alone rice/beans. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in QUALITY AND QUANTITY.
While I do want to commend some of the staff members for being cheery and good workers, I have to leave a 1 star review for several instances of negligence and incorrect orders. Most importantly, I found balled up plastic wrap in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I don't know if it was saran wrap, packaging, a dime bag of sorts, but I found balled up plastic in my cantina burrito. When reaching out to customer service (twice), I never got a response, nor a refund... just a code for a couple dollars off next purchase... What happened to pride in work?
