While I do want to commend some of the staff members for being cheery and good workers, I have to leave a 1 star review for several instances of negligence and incorrect orders. Most importantly, I found balled up plastic wrap in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I don't know if it was saran wrap, packaging, a dime bag of sorts, but I found balled up plastic in my cantina burrito. When reaching out to customer service (twice), I never got a response, nor a refund... just a code for a couple dollars off next purchase... What happened to pride in work?

RUDEST PEOPLE EVER HERE! Simply wanted to switch my order from chips to potato’s in my cravings box ! They were so rude about it ! Even offered to pay the price difference which was .50 Gave me an issue with that as well had me waiting for 10 mins while my other food got cold !! We had to have 3 items made over because they gave us hard old items they all immediately started talking about me to a different customer in Spanish when I asked to speak with the person above the manager he stated that this is HIS LOCATION AND HES THE OWNER. He lacks leadership skills and so does the people who work under him constantly laughing in your face when they make your order wrong it’s absolutely ridiculous

Really solid Taco Bell, food was SO good. Quick service, extremely nice servers, clean environment all around. I went at 1AM on a Saturday!
I ordered online and went to pick it up. The woman working ignored me for at least 10 minutes. I finally had to say something to her to let her know I was there to pick up an order. Restaurant was messy and they allowed pan handlers inside.

This location has very limited seating, and those seats are always taken by delivery drivers refreshing their delivery apps and wait seated talking and drinking free soda. No place for customers to sit and enjoy their meal.

Today I Witnessed a number of delivery people who don't work for Taco Bell pick up their orders, then the Taco Bell employee will hand the delivery person a cup to fill up at the self-service soda machine for that order.I find this DISTURBING because anything could be slipped into your drink. Now taco night is ruined because you got to rush the kids to the hospital. Point being that these delivery people come from all walks of life. Some could be normal people trying to make ends meet, others are homeless people trying to support their drug problem.Some are mentally ill and do mentally ill things.The point I'm trying to make is that these people should just be delivering your food, not helping staff prepare it.These delivery companies will hire anybody. You better beware!Other than that this Taco Bell is great.Great food with great serviceAnd nice employees.This is just a complaint about delivery people preparing soda at the self service soda machine to bring home to you and the family.
