Expect long lines if you plan to visit after 12am then again at 2-4am otherwise good service. It's taco bell what do you expect?

Usually love this place, come here often. One of the workers tonight tho, when I asked if there was a code for the bathroom after eating there, had so much attitude and wouldn’t help at all. I’ve worked in food service and hospitality, that dude will give your store a bad rep. Not a store problem but unnecessary.

2nd time ordering over $60 of Taco Bell with 20% tip and did not get a single sauce packet. Absolutely absurd.
Went here on a busy Saturday night with my partner. Two of the four touch screens weren’t working but the music was great. They forgot to give us a chicken burrito which cost like 8.99 and was a good chunk of our order monetarily. I tried calling after when we realized but obviously that didn’t work out. Mistakes happen. It’s on us as much as them for not checking, but doesn’t take away the sting.
Tried the Baja Blast midnight for the first time here. Nothing to write home about. I won’t be back soon, but I might be back someday.

Crap experience. Attempted to give me a filthy cup with a beverage in it. It was filled too high and I asked the manager to replace the whole cup and lid so as not to get any of the drink on my clothes since Im not dining. While transferring the drink, she still got it all over the cup and didn’t replace the lid. There was sticky juice drink all over the cup. I was so frustrated I left the drink right where their fountain drinks are with the napkins that didn’t do anything for me in cleaning up the dirty cup. Won’t be back here again. The people there hate their job and they don’t like to deal with customers.
Crap establishment and crap service. They don’t care at all. They would have watched me walk out and get red drink all over my clothes and not have said a thing.
