Went here on a busy Saturday night with my partner. Two of the four touch screens weren’t working but the music was great. They forgot to give us a chicken burrito which cost like 8.99 and was a good chunk of our order monetarily. I tried calling after when we realized but obviously that didn’t work out. Mistakes happen. It’s on us as much as them for not checking, but doesn’t take away the sting.
Tried the Baja Blast midnight for the first time here. Nothing to write home about. I won’t be back soon, but I might be back someday.

Crap experience. Attempted to give me a filthy cup with a beverage in it. It was filled too high and I asked the manager to replace the whole cup and lid so as not to get any of the drink on my clothes since Im not dining. While transferring the drink, she still got it all over the cup and didn’t replace the lid. There was sticky juice drink all over the cup. I was so frustrated I left the drink right where their fountain drinks are with the napkins that didn’t do anything for me in cleaning up the dirty cup. Won’t be back here again. The people there hate their job and they don’t like to deal with customers.
Crap establishment and crap service. They don’t care at all. They would have watched me walk out and get red drink all over my clothes and not have said a thing.

The nacho cheese and chips were incredibly flavorful and crunchy. The taco was also delicious, particularly the dorito version. The Taco Bell Mountain Dew had a unique and amazing flavor! However, when I ordered a beef burrito, they mistakenly gave me a bean burrito, which was not very tasty.

Use to be a good deal but now you have to do the cashiers job and place you own order. I don't work there? The meals are more expensive also. I think twice about coming here as Kentucky is two blocks away and they take your order for you.
We have ordered 3 spicy potato soft taco but instead got the beef one. It was clearly mentioned in the order yet they did this mistake. This is seriously hurting my religious sentiments. They are very irresponsible. Will never recommend this Taco Bell branch
