Horrible customer service. I went in to order, there's zero customer at the counter. There's two servers working, ignored me completely. When one final approached, he went to serve the one after me. He did tell me to wait, but then why he had time to serve the one after me?! I left, they don't deserve my money!

My food is always spot on and cooked fresh! But this is one of the worse locations to visit in the summer time. They do not have AC so the place is hotter inside than outside. I went three weeks ago and had similar experience. Extremely uncomfortable place to eat, unless you like sweating while you eat.
I feel even worse for the workers.

I made a mistake by ordering here and I’m glad I did. My order was on point.
Bad service, they literally took the food out of my bag and gave it to another customer, then re made mine and gave it to me. I could have been in and out but no, they took almost 10 mins to re make, when i asked why they did it they just ignored me and asked me “if i want it or not” in a very snarky tone. i will never be back. The girl was also making a crunch wrap before my food and i saw her purposely break the tortilla before roughly throwing it in the bag. I feel bad for whoever had to eat that.

Food was nice, service was fast but every single table had an industrial air conditioning vent right above your head. Freezing cold air constantly blowing on you while you are trying to eat isn't very nice.
