Whoever that manager is made some poor worker cry. It might not be the manager but regardless it is unacceptable in my opinion, it’s never that serious to be yelling in the back and cussing out employees. Not cool, at all.

Food was disgusting and ingredients were stale, hoping I won't be sick. They couldn't even fried the fries right and were undercook. Service behind the counter doesn't give confidence that the food they serve is safe to eat or they care about place and personal hygiene. My first and last time I will be eating there. STAY AWAY!

Place to buy and take away or eat quickly there. I didn't go during the day, at night like 9pm. Few people. The employees are very attentive but the atmosphere is not very familiar. For couples or young people I recommend fast food. Price quality

First time eating Taco Bell in the USA. They had loads of veggie options. The food was good and filling. Didn't even eat the second burrito. My only criticism would be that it was hard to order the drinks because it didn't give the size in ml or even oz. It just said medium or large.We were served quickly as well and there was room to sit down.

One staff is so disrespectful and rude there. Today 12/2/23 at around 3 pm, I went there for lunch and would like to use the restroom since its restroom door indicates “for customer use only”. I asked the lady standing behind the counter if I could use the restroom because I saw the cleaning sign but I knew it was done for a while. She told me to come back in 5 minutes. A few minutes later, I asked her again and also checked the floor was dry. I told her it should be safe to use. She was unhappy with her impatient tone, “I told you 5 minutes come back, how many minutes passed now? I told her “The floor was already dried, I am in urgent to use it.” She seemed not to listen to what I was saying, so I raised my voice again to repeat “The floor is dry!” She was approaching me to check the floor near the restroom door to point to the spots that barely be seen with water. She said the water would come out when used the toilet. I told her that it might be the toilet has a problem related to maintenance issues not because the floor is still wet after cleaning. She yells “You are so rude! I AM NOT WORKING FOR YOU!” I can strongly feel her hate and impatience attitude towards me. Never been treated in any restaurants and services industries in NYC for my whole life like this. This is my first bad review for a place. Never go back to this place anymore.
