I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and it was really disappointing. The wrap was soggy, cold, and completely lost its crunch. The taste was off and overall it was not enjoyable at all. Definitely not what I expected from Taco Bell.

Food and staff are fine. My main complaint is that most or all of the seating is occupied by door dashers and others that are just killing time on their phones.
the location is quite small, and i didn’t feel the safest here. on the plus side, the order came out quickly, but the food itself was pretty average. i found the ratio of shell/tortilla to filling off, especially in the burrito, which felt a bit empty.
the hot sauces were a nice touch, and the unlimited fountain drinks were definitely a win. but the real highlight? the hot nacho cheese sauce, easily one of the most comforting things to have.

I regret not having noticed the B restaurant rating for this location beforehand. I ordered the 2-chicken Chalupa Supreme Combo and two chicken tacos, but the chalupa's flatbread was unpleasantly hard and stale, with some parts hot and others cold, suggesting it may have been leftover from the previous day. Additionally, the two chicken tacos contained minimal chicken, primarily filling. The meal was not worth the $27.00 spent. I sincerely hope that corporate management will review these comments and implement necessary improvements.
