The phone at this location has not been connected for months now. I wouldn’t need to call if they didn’t close two hours early so often. I would love to go to my neighborhood Taco Bell but instead I order from 10-15 blocks downtown. This location has always had a lack of management. This needs to reach a

Don't order food from here. It is unsanitary. The dining area isn't kept clean. The employees hide in the kitchen area. The food portions are small. The employees don't wear gloves and talk among themselves in a foreign language. After getting food poisoning I reported this location to 311. They are repulsive.

Honestly sub par even for a Taco Bell experience. The dining room is messy and looks very out dated. The bathroom is not working and the staff doesn’t seem to care much about guest experience. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location I would recommend traveling to another.

I placed an order on the app. Delivery driver Rodney canceled order and did not respond to my phone calls. #916308

The people that work here must be the most brain dead employees you can find. Everytime I order tacos from them they forget to put the beef in them. Onions, rice and a doritos locos taco shell with no beef. It's almost hilarious how stupid this issue is. Has happened 3 times in a row. Maybe I'm the idiot for continuing to order from this spot...

I've been here twice, first time no issues. The second time, more recently the food didn't seem fresh and a taco was missing from my order. I checked it out before leaving, so they gave it to me right then and there.

I went to the Taco Bell on 3rd and 104th st and they had prompt, politely and good service, ordered a Volcano Burrito and it was excellent. The gentleman working the counter there was great. I asked them if by chance they were hiring and he informed me the one on 97th was in dire need of help.I went to this Taco Bell and the first thing I noticed was all poorly printed signs, they had no I've, they were not taking cash because they didn't have enough people to run the registers. I waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. This store was running with 3 people and I believe one of them was new, they clearly needed staff. However, when I offered the lady working counter my resume, she called her manager over and the manager looked at me up and down and said, "No Thanks". She had no reason to behave this way, I was professionally dressed, in bissiness casual attire, and more than presentable.I have ran quick service restuarants for 20 years, started with McDonald's and was a General Manager with Burger King and Popeyes. Of which I ran number 1 and 2 stores in my respective region and the way this manager was running this store was unacceptable, the way customers were not promptly greeted and how she staffs this store is not acceptable. She did not even accept my resume to review, she asked me no questions, didn't even say she was too busy, she literally just looked up and down at me and said "No Thanks"For the life of me I can't figure out why she behaved this way or came off as so judgemental, the only thing I can think of is the entire staff at that time was of Latin American and I am quite white. But her behavior was far from professional and the way she was running this shift I would have never accepted in my district or region. It honstely makes me wonder if some of the reviews I'd read are true, given the tone of this lady and how she represents the company I would say some of the reviews are probably quite accurate. An honest review,Adam S.

The volcano taco was very good. Fresh ingredients. Fire sauce is good. Diablo sauce is really hot.
