i enjoyed this location more than the last one. for starters, it felt much safer, though still a bit cramped. i had to wait a while for my order, but considering how busy it was (even at the weird hour of 5 pm) it made sense.
i also think i ordered better this time. the burrito was fantastic, with way more filling than before. the slider crunchwraps were so good, and the sauce that came with them was warm and comforting. the doritos taco was packed with flavor, though the hard shell tacos did get soggy pretty quickly.
on the bright side, the fountain drink options were amazing, definitely try the dragon fruit soda!

A Mixed Bag, but Props to the Night Crew
I’ve got to say, I really enjoy this Taco Bell location, especially at night. The night crew is fantastic—most nights, they’re on point, and my Cantina Chicken Tacos are just right. You can tell they’ve got a good team working some nights, and the food quality reflects that. But it seems like consistency depends on the day. Some nights, I’m enjoying a perfect taco; other nights, it’s mostly tortilla with barely any chicken.
Despite the ups and downs, I’ve got to give these guys credit. The area around here has gotten a bit rough, and they have to deal with some serious harassment from people hanging around. They show up and keep things running, which can’t be easy. Honestly, management needs to step up and get some security to keep the place comfortable and clear out anyone causing trouble. With a little more support, this location could be even better.
