Place closes at 5 am so came here after a Sat night out from nearby. A little bit of a wait considering there were 4 other people ahead of us. One guy working while his partner looked like she was taking a break for the night? Could've been less of a wait if she was working. But anyway, each taco was $5, filled with nicely seasoned asada, cilantro and onion on a corn tortilla with spicy sauces available from a squeeze bottle (no to-go cups). I asked for no onion but he still...

If there were 10 stars then that's what I'd rate El Idolo. This place has the most amazing, authentic, fresh Mexican tacos and quesadillas that I've ever tasted in my life. It's definitely worth the toll across the Tunnel. I'm from Jersey and I can't go home until I have my fix lol. I love it...yummmm

That was really delicious, I ordered a pastor gordita and carnitas taco, I was happy they sell gorditas because it's hard to find a place where sell gorditas. This place has a bunch of options of meat (oreja, carnitas, asada, tripa...) and the pastor was how this should be, with pinneaple and tender meat. 100% recommend this place
