Today was my first time coming to this restaurant. I stopped by for lunch and ordered the eggplant pita to go. It was fresh, flavorful, and filling. I was unsure of a chain build-your-own falafel place but I ended up being very impressed. One of the best falafels I have had! I was able to put together a really tasty falafel. Shout out to Tina who walked me through all the choices and was friendly and kind - everyone should be like her. I will be back soon!!

Now THIS is what good falafel tastes like. Got a falafel bowl and everything was super fresh and delicious. Most importantly, the falafel was hot, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, which is how falafel should be. This place definitely lives up to the name.
