TAO Uptown in New York is recognized for its great food and unique dining experience. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, including sushi, flavorful Rolls, and the popular Broccoli Beef. The decor is striking, featuring a beautiful and holy Buddha statue that adds a luxurious and high-end feel to the space. Guests enjoy the creative presentation of the food, which is consistently of high quality and awesome. The staff from the door to the service is impeccable, warm and friendly and superb, with no wait time to eat. The restaurant also offers well-crafted drinks like the Tao-Tini, which many find enjoyable. The location on the upper east side of Manhattan is nice. The ambience is great, though the place can get crowded and a bit too noisy. The spare ribs are not recommended as they barely had any meat on them. The service can sometimes be not very friendly and cold. The lunch specials are great and the banana pudding and chocolate zen parfait are perfect desserts. The hanger steak and shrimp chow fun are excellent.
