The food for the most part was luscious, plentiful, greasy and great. Negatives: the bread bowl was pathetic, awful. Better not to have bread than that lame stuff. My Orchiette was ferociously salty. Everything about it was delicious except for that. Just waaaaay too much salt, and I am very fond of saltiness. Salad was great, my dining partners branzino looked fabulous. The brussels sprouts also were a bit too salty but yummy anyway.
Perfection. The loveliest of meals. The best of service —Ashley even got us the recipe from the kitchen when I told her how much I loved the way they do their Caesar salad. Can't wait til our next trip into the city to have dinner again. Tarallucci e Vino checks all the boxes. Every time.
I rediscovered authentic Italian flavors. The pasta is magnificent, to be blown away! The staff is super friendly, especially Giada who pampered us throughout the dinner.
