Authentic noodles, no taste to sauce or to the duck. Pork buns were the highlight - but definite tourist trap. Recommend eating elsewhere.

Incredibly good food. Like in Asia. The noodles are handmade. The price is also totally fair. I can only recommend it.

Go there to taste pasta with multiple recipes, each more delicious than the last. We ate outside. Fast and efficient service. The portions are generous, and the value for money is unbeatable (for New York). Moral: If you want real Chinese food, go to Chinatown!

I disagree with some of my predecessors. Food was super delicious, this is the second time we've been here this week. There was nothing to complain about in terms of service. We'll definitely come back.

The food is really if you like the real Chinese food. Prices are very reasonable and the quantity is well beyond the other restaurants.

Best noodles I've had so far. Highly recommend the Knife Peeled ones! Super fast service as well.

This place took me all the way back to Shanghai. Hole in the wall with some tables out front, the noodles are so authentic and delicious. I got the pan fried thick noodles with roast pork and my partner got the regular soup noodles with duck and it’s hard to say which was better. I definitely lean towards pan fried and they were awesome but the duck broth was just so flavorful. They have a lot of options so definitely look forward to returning and trying others.

I was here with my family on Saturday night around 9:30pm. None of us liked the food, we have visited Chinese restaurants with better quality food.

I'm not sure if I just came on an off day or their quality has gone down, but it was extremely mediocre if not below average. I was so excited to try authentic hand pulled chinese noodles. They're rated highly on both Google Maps and Yelp, but it was nowhere near the standard. We only enjoyed one of the dishes.

The service is slightly better than the average Chinese restaurants. You don't feel like they don't want you there. The service was fast. Zero ambiance as it's a hole in the wall down the alley type. Cash ONLY. I do believe they have an ATM near by.

There are plenty other hand pulled noodles in the vicinity. I do not recommend.

Exquisite noodle soups (high variety, also for vegetarians), also fried noodles, and lots of starters to share. Located in Doyers Street, both outside and inside sitting spaces. Very tasty, good price, and fast service!

Delicious restaurant, well served dishes, fast service. Don't expect cloth tablecloths or anything fancy.
