Stopped in here to get a drink and sit down for a bit while making the trek from the SI ferry to Canal while the train was down. Excellent service and selection (they have Pappy if you got the loot)! The staff was super friendly and fast! Will definitely come back when I'm in this part of town.

Me and coworkers go here regularly for lunch. I always have the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The price isn't expensive, the low lit ambiance is very cozy and the bartender always keeps you entertained.

Friday nights are quiet, which can be nice. I ordered the Steak and Ale pie. It was literally beef curry over a piece of sourdough, it was not a pie at all. Do not recommend at all.

I stumbled on this place by accident while coming back from Broadway liquors to the subway. Great old time neighborhood pub feel. Service was excellent. No Canadian whiskey option but..:. Ordered the Steak & Ale pie. Wow served in loaf of European rye is was absolutely delicious! Lots of steak and veggies .Nom Nom ?
