What a nostalgic place for afternoon tea! So cute! Met with friends for the afternoon and enjoyed the high tea service option. Everything was delicious and our waiter’s tea recommendation was spot on (pun intended lol)! We were seated outdoors since it was a nice day and I noticed quite a few other patrons dining alone which was nice to see. I’d definitely recommend if you’d like to meet with a friend or just have a simple date alone to catch up on some reading. So cute!

I love tea and I'll fall for a tea shop any time, so after walking around, I spotted this place in Greenwich Village and popped in for a cup and a bite.
Yes, the place is tiny and so are the tables, but fortunately I was there at an odd hour. I think it was something like 6:30 on a Monday. So I was able to get a table without rubbing elbows with neighbors, but I'm a tall gal so I did have to pull my chair out to the side instead of against the wall as I just...

The most wonderful Sunday Roast (Beef), delicious Cheese Quiche, and super-tasty Chicken Pot Pie.

Delightful hosts and a welcoming atmosphere.

What more could one ask for?

Just perfect.

(We should have taken photos, but the food was so fabulous and inviting that we tucked in and totally forgot. That's a superb sign - more eating and less snapping.)
