We ordered from here and the order was confirmed but then a delivery guy told us the restaurant was closed when he arrived. Bad service. Don't order from here

I got a smoothie for $10 (most expensive I've had in NYC), which came quickly, but I could only drink 1/3 of it before I had to stop because it was too acidic and burning my tongue. Even now, a few days later, my tongue still hurts whenever I move it from being burnt. Careful what you order, a milk tea would not have had this problem likely.

got the brown sugar boba.. taste was decent but I loved the tapioca pearls themselves. not much to say as it was waaay too sweet at 50% (their lowest option) and the caramel was in huge globs at the bottom. Looked nothing like the advertised photo and I'm relieved I wasn't the one paying for it. there are much better boba spots area the area!

Friendly staff and delicious! I got a taro slush, and it was blended well, the boba was soft, and it was yummy.

Super cute interior! Love going here when my friends and I visit the city. It's our favorite spot for boba tea. The boba tea here is delicious!

Great boba tea and it was delicious surprise to find that they also served frozen yogurt. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience a great one. Jen was awesome help!!

How do you send out a whole order of boba teas with no boba tea straws? Will never go here again.

Bubble tea is very expensive for the small portions they offer. I would recommend coco instead

Dirty small place with horrible coffee. You can get better quality from a street cart.

Super juicy and delicious tea! I will be going back. I had the sparkling mango tea for the first time and it was pretty awesome. I wish that there was seating in the space. Other than that the service was quick and kind.

Absolutely love Tea Magic but the costs are wayyy too high (the bubble tea and crepes in particular) so sad that I can’t enjoy it more

What grabbed me in was that there's a massive 30oz boba. I had to try it. Boils down to almost 10 bucks for it. The location is nice but the store itself has no seating which is sad. The decoration is nice but it seems to be a grab and go spot. I got the peach slushie with tapioca 50% less sugar. Still a little too sweet for me but otherwise it's massive. I was so happy only I feel like the price is about what you get since it's one of the more expensive boba. Toppings are separate price as well which is weird to me but it's been the trend. Service is quick and the boba was made very well.

I’ve drop in here for a quick sweet treat either on my way to or from work! I love the iced brown sugar black tea ( LARGE) without the tapioca pearls … they are ok but I love a simple cup of super sweet tea! The young folks behind the counter are polite and very efficient. They’ve obviously prepared every incantation of every drink on their menu for curious New Yorkers and touristsKid-friendliness: Family friendly, group friendly, loner friendly ; pretty broad spectrum area

Not terrible but not great. It’s too pricey for what it is. There’s better options in the neighborhood.
