Delicious, fast and nice atmosphere. We didn’t know the place and had lunch there when we were passing by chance. It was so good to be able to eat a balanced meal even when we were in a hurry.

Wow. I don't know what the managers are doing here but they're doing something right. I came in at 7pm on Thursday after the election. All the customers were pretty much zombies with headphones in. But each and every staff was friendly, responsive, respectful, even smiling. And even with all the delivery staff. I hope they all get paid well because that's not an easy environment to stay positive. I got my food to go and intended to eat just a few bites. It was ready within minutes and was so delicious I ate it all right away.

I only wish that I had found Terra sooner. It's such a lovely place to sit down and enjoy a fairly healthy yet delicious meal. The hummus is heavenly - The bowls and chicken shawarma are great. Perfect for lunch and dinner.
The only good thing going for this place is the atmosphere. Service is slow, especially during lunch hour. Food is mediocre. Chicken is overcooked, and wraps are bland and tasteless. I had to add extra sauce to get any flavor. Portion sizes are also very small for the price. The chicken wrap is more like a baby portion than for an adult.

Been waiting over 15min for a falafel, as they processed a mega order leaving the three people in the restaurant waiting. Shame, cause the food’s good and fresh. No lunchtime left to enjoy it.
For $15-20 you get a high quality meal in a clean, upscale environment. There are lots of ordering kiosks making the process simple and no option to tip once you pay which is refreshing. There is a communal cucumber, lemon, basil water to pour cups from complimentary as well. Great fast casual spot!
