The Bao Shoppe

This was first time having bao, I got their lunch special which was 2 bao buns and some fries. I got the o.g which is a pork bao bun and the colonel which is their fried chicken bao bun. Had a last minute craving for a pork belly bao so this place definitely came in handy! The bao shoppe is open until 10 pm so it was a nice little dessert for me after my dinner. The store was very empty and quiet since it was late at night but it still took a while for the food to be ready. The meat was a little small but extremely tender and flavor was good. I was in the mood for good food so I thought bao. It was a rainy day so I decided to order in. The Baogogi is a play on Korean bbq styled beef and holy moly it's GOOD. The kimchi gives it spice and the meat was perfectly cooked. Bao is a perfect bed for meats, sweet and fluffy.
