You can only pay with a physical card. there is a small sign on the hostess desk that it’s very easy to miss and they are not mentioning it while ordering.
Besides that it’s a nice place.
Great happy hour martinis! Will need to try food next time.

The value here makes other restaurants seem overpriced. The staff are fantastic! I want to become a regular so I can try everything they offer. The Bar Downstairs and Kitchen makes my highest praise seem insufficient. The service here brightens my day.

Had a late dinner, just before closing. They were happy to have me. Great cocktails. Walking distance from Grand Central

This is a great bar, one if the hidden gems of downtown. The vibe is great, and our waitress (Liz) was wonderful. Honestly she added so much to our experience, and that’s saying a lot because this is a wonderful bar.

We ate at your restaurant and Gosha was our waitress twice. She’s outstanding!!! Personable, professional and you’re fortunate to have such a loyal employee

It’s a not bad, decent option to hang out with friends in the area. They’re a part of the hotel so the services won’t be too bad. Lowkey vibes with some crowd.
Bagel with salmon plate is literally a plate of separated ingredients of a lox sandwich. And they charged more.
Cappuccino was creamy but bitter, the coffee roaster they partner with is not that great unfortunately.

Fine food & wine and very good service. The only thing is that the place is a bit noisy. It's a basement space with little sound absorber with relatively loud music, leading to people talking loud. The result can be (as it was, in my case) a little bit stressful environment if you have relatively sensitive ears. But overall, it was definitely a positive experience. The drink menu was good. Our wine was delicious, and fairly priced. Food was good (we had sliders and fries). The service was attentive and very good. Could the management consider playing a little softer music? I would very much appreciate that.

Ok food for made to order. Wish they would be more flexible and able to substitute ham instead of bacon or sausage with eggs like most other scratch kitchens. Unfortunately, they only offer ham for their croque madam. Enjoyed the green juice blend. They seem to have interesting dinner events from time to time. Liked the speakeasy golden rats at the entrance.

This place has a stylish, relaxed vibe—but what truly made our night was the waitress from Brazil. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and turned our whole evening around. We walked in feeling a bit down and left smiling. She has a way of making you feel completely taken care of—top-notch service!
The cocktails were creative and delicious (highly recommend the Sazerac!), and the food was flavorful and perfect for sharing. Overall, a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy yourself—the waitress from Brazil made it a true NYC highlight!
