Grungy Greenwich village hole in the wall joint with a good sound system, very friendly staff and reasonable drink policy and prices. Saw guitar phenom Stanley Jordan reimagining what Hendrix would be doing if still alive. Good show and historic venue.
This is one of, if not the best, nightclub to see live music in the city. People complaining about modest drink minimums don't understand how much it costs to keep a place like that running as long as it has while still paying the musicians. Love the Monday night jam, Paul is an incredible owner, simply the best!
The Bitter End is an amazing little place on Bleecker St. where you can catch some of your favorite artists playing live, and you can practically reach out and touch them. Super intimate and cozy and the perfect venue to catch some up close live performances. Highly recommended.
