Just a horrible entrance guy. Said not tonight without saying even Hello. But for some reason 17-18 year old girls with fake ids were getting in, without even being asked if they had a table or reservation. And also the girls looked like American teenagers or high schoolers. This place definitely NOT ELITE! How would a high schooler can actually afford a table at a place like this. I’ve been here before. But they are becoming more rude every time. Definitely destroyed our mood for the night.
My friend was rufied here. Watch yourselves.

The one and only!!
Not a safe place. I was offered a drink by staff upon sitting and immediately blacked out - woke up the next day scared and confused. Something shady going on there.

Interesting place….
People fighting. Just trying to get in to avoid the fight. They blame us line just trying to avoid the fight. Literally just sitting in front of the line deescalating.

How is this place elite???? The way the people dress with jeans and backward hats and long tee shirts. The entitlement is ridiculous. The security/door person is so bad and rude. Doing your job and you feel you can be rude to customers is horrible. I won't come back again with my friends. See who else spends $18,000 at 1 table with 6 people......

Very disappointing and outdated door selection.
It felt like the old days when people were chosen based on looks or gender. This kind of selective behavior is outdated and unacceptable.
The staff at the door were extremely rude. I won’t be coming back—they completely missed the welcoming, inclusive “bear” vibe their club is supposed to represent. They only let in people they already knew or those who supposedly spent a lot of money on a table (which I seriously doubt).
Something about the whole experience felt off. The door staff were very young and seemed to be part of the LGBTQ+ community, yet they were unkind and dismissive—even toward others in the community. The energy was just wrong, and I heard similar complaints from other people outside.
As an artist myself, it was sad and disappointing to be treated this way by people who should know better. No thanks.

We arrived to the box to meet up with our friends who already got a table. When we arrived our friend was told she wouldn’t be able to come in. I went to on of the security guards to ask why our friend wouldn’t be let in and another security guard very rudely answered that they don’t allow slippers inside. Our friend is a taller woman who doesn’t like to wear heels and was wearing flats that had crystals on them. She is usually able to get into places with no problem when wearing these shoes. I went up to the security guard to tell him that the way he informed us of the issue was rude and that he could’ve chosen better or more appropriate words to inform us and he took offense to the feedback. I think this person needs to be retrained because if you want customer satisfaction, you should treat all customers with respect.

Restaurantji Recommends
I went the for a ticketed event. The experinece was a bit disappointing as I found out on arrival that they changed my allocated seat and the view of the show was very limited and not what I had payed for. The person in charge told me it was a better seat - what a joke. Also drinks overpriced. Cannot recommend this place, I'm sure there's many better options in the city.

We had a wonderful school reunion here. The service was great! Delicious appetizers were brought out and served by a professional staff. The bartender was attentive and fast-- no waiting. Tables were setup so we were able to move around. Enjoy a joyful function in comfortable temperatures year round. Roomy and the selected music provided a great soundtrack that we all loved hearing through crystal clear speakers. Everything there made a happy time even better.

Honestly don’t waste you time going here. Horrible experience. To waste 40 minutes of the night to stand in line and wait just to hear “you are not getting in tonight”. I knew the dress code so I was literally wearing long black dress and heels like it’s a black tie wedding. People at the entrance are just mean and not polite and will ruin your energy for the night. I was with my husband so yeah, they do discriminate against men and chances of getting in if you are with men are lower. Good luck with dealing with those people, hopefully they will change them. For now it was a waste of time+ ruined vibes for the night. By the way Lady Boy at the entrance is very mean!!

Bro $30 for the most watered down vodka soda I've ever had. This is genuinely the worst bar I've ever been to, unless you're a pretentious prick then you'd love this place or a swinger
