This establishment is located in The Plaza Hotel. They offer meals, cocktails, and tea most of the day. The service is friendly and professional. Enjoying a meal or beverage here, you bask in the ambiance of The Plaza and enjoy its beautiful flowers. The prices are what you would expect from a restaurant in The Plaza.

We walked into the bar, was going to order drinks and possibly dinner, but bartender was too busy talking to other staff to recognize us even sitting there and when brought it to her attention that we were there she still ignored us. She lost out on a big tip!!! Very rude to us!!!

A nice place with a wide list of drinks and champagnes. The place is really magnificent but located a little in the passage. The prices are high but the quality is there. On the other hand, the service is not up to par…

A truly one of a kind experience unlike any other. If you are in NYC, you must stay at the Plaza. And if you stay at the Plaza, you must dine and drink at the Champagne Bar.

My mom and I recently went to the Champagne Bar inside the Plaza Hotel to enjoy some champagne and the beautiful Christmas decorations during the holiday season. We split the silver champagne tasting flight. The champagne was delicious and we were given olives and nuts as a complimentary bar snack to enjoy while we tasted the champagne. We were both surprised at how large the pours were, full glasses of each rather than tasting portions of each. The servers were kind, but service was slow (we definitely weren't rushed out of there which was nice but we had to flag someone down to get our bill). It was such a treat to experience this with my mom at Christmastime at such an iconic location. I'll cherish this evening for a long time!

I had read some negative reviews before going but I have to say, upon being greeted at The Champagne Bar, any concerns were quickly dispelled. My 2yr old daughter and I were made to feel so welcome, and were seated within 10 minutes. Service was attentive and the wagyu sliders and my kir royale were delicious. I would love to come again when back in New York! Thank you for making our evening!

The Plaza Champagne Bar is a go-to whenever I have friends and family visiting here in NYC. Shaun, the bartender, is extremely friendly and always makes for an extra special experience. Whether he is at the Champagne Bar or Palm Court Bar, we are sure to find a seat! So grateful for this iconic NYC spot with top-notch staff like Shaun!

So unique! Champagne cocktails are out of this world. Appreciate the addition of real champagne to their cocktails and not Prosecco / sparkling wine.

the gluten tea for coeliacs was dreadful. The bread was hard and the scone completely fell apart making it impossible to spread jam and cream. I was told this was the best that they could do, they were quite rude and said I would have to pay in full I refused told them I would pay for my tea and if they didn't like it they could call the police I felt so strongly about their awful attitude. Replacement sandwiches were brought to the table which were equally as rough as the first. New York was amazing for my self and my daughter as coeliacs, we both agreed we had had better food in NYC than anywhere else in the world. We visited bakeries and had great bagels, bread etc, even took some home with us! So there are good bakeries, they just clearly use the decent bakeries. Will not return, will not recommend. Rude management!

There’s great hospitality and then there’s unparalleled PLAZA HOTEL HOSPITALITY. The culinary experience at the Palm Court 100% lives up to this iconic modern, polished dining ambiance coupled with hospitality and attention to detail that are unmatched. Fariz who is a 32 year old veteran at the Palm Court is at the heart of this memorable experience. Each time we come to the Palm Court, our experience is made so special through the warmth and genuine hospitality that is seen through this special human being! Plaza family, what a loyal and gem of a team member you have in Fariz! We come back because of Fariz. Thank you for all the love! The Dungeness Crab Cake Benedict + Lobster avocado toast is executed to perfection! A MUST try!

My issue is with the value. The service was lovely but for $118 (before tax and tip) you are served 2 small scones, 4 slivers of sandwich, and 4 bites of dessert. My tea was good but a bit weak. This would have been lovely for 1/2 the price. At the current price it’s simply not worth it.

I rarely give bad reviews, but the plaza champagne bar left me no choice. I have never before felt discriminated against based on how I'm dressed and what I look like until I arrived here.I had been excited to get a champagne flight at the plaza champagne bar for months while planning my trip to NYC and I specifically emailed them ahead of time to ask whether they are open to children. They assured me that children are always welcome and that they have high chairs. They also specified that the bar is walk in only with no reservations accepted. This was fine because I intended in going on a Monday at 5 pm which I figured would be a low volume time.Flash forward to when we arrive. It's pouring rain outside. The hotel employees at the front door did not even want to let us in with the wagon. Finally I entered with my toddler to check for availability at the bar. There, despite the fact that there were many empty tables, an employee told me they did not have room for us-- that all the tables were reserved for hotel guests (despite the no reservation policy). I tried to mention that we would likely only take an hour and that we travelled specifically to come there, but they still turned us away, back into the rain. I am convinced if I had come without children and dressed fancier, they would have let me in, but instead they turned away a paying customer for the possibility of no customers.Needless to say the Plaza will not be getting our patronage ever again. We have no need for a place that thinks it's too good for our family.Kid-friendliness: Very clearly did not want my children there.Wheelchair accessibility: Terrible accessibility
