I can enjoy their food without a long trip. The staff combines perfect attention with exceptional food. The limited dishes we tried met basic expectations. I'm completely amazed by this restaurant! I'm completely taken with this place and will visit again many times !

Service was terrible, waiter brought out the menu but never came back to get our order. I had to call her to get our orders. We sat there and watched people come in eat and leave before us and they actually came in after us. We were there over an hour after we ordered before we got our food. I will never go there again. Very disappointed.

Got exactly what I was after. To me the diner looks like a throwback to America of the 1970s and the food was tasty and unhealthy. Perfect! I would definitely come back if I’m in the area for another Philly cheesesteak and fries.

BE VERY CAREFUL OF AN 18% service charge (YOU CAN ASK FOR THIS TO BE REMOVED). On top of that they press you to buy bottled water for 50 cents, what kind of restaurant doesn’t offer tap water?
Way better diners in town. Waste of time and money.
Not sure how this place has over a 4 star review but I guess maybe they had an off day when I was there. My eggs and home fries were ice cold and trying to get a refill on my coffee was almost impossible. Place was a bit dirty as well which I wouldn't mind if the food was good. I won't be going back

This spot maintains quality standards rigorously. The employees are as attractive as they are helpful. The Comfort Diner succeeds completely. The atmosphere complements the quality of the dishes. I plan another visit shortly.

Teeny tiny spot. This place is for thin, and skinny people. Barely any room. Please season the food. Salt is the bare minimum. You can season your vegetables!! It’s literally a thing! The bell peppers were chunky, hard and made my omelette worse than what it already was. My potatoes were cold and flavorless as well. Waitress took way too long to bring us the check. We were visibly done for 20 minutes and she kept walking past us giving people who came in after us their checks. She was not the friendliest either. I get it, New Yorkers/ northerners are rude but it’s time to flip that narrative in 2025. The rude fatigue. AND NORTHERNERS, PLEASE SEASON YOUR FOOD!! WE ARE NOT PILGRIMS!! I should not have to put salt and pepper on my food after it’s cooked. 🤮

The food is not fresh and the service is nothing special. This place is extremely dingy and unsanitary. The worst part about it, towards the end of the meal, a cockroach casually strolled across the table. It’s the middle of the day - not a good sign. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but it is what it is. I won’t be back.
