This place is disgusting. Found plastic in my eggs. This is a ghost kitchen, the name they use on grubhub or any of the other food apps is called “Brekkie”. Be aware
I usually don’t write reviews, but wanted this time . I saw the bad reviews and In shocked . My order been delivered very fast and it was delicious, and I usually very picky when it comes to food .so you have to try it yourself and don’t pay attention to those bad reviews.

Literal trash. Gross sandwiches. Soggy and wet and inedible. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews on Grubhub. All of them are fake.
Ghost kitchen with slow delivery. Never again
"The Good Egg" has got to be an inside joke for whoever operates this ramshackle joint. Ordered via Seamless and the order was confirmed, with the delivery time updated to reflect a small delay. Called to check the status a few minutes after the updated delivery time had passed. Was clearly someone in a call center with no idea how the actual "restaurant" operates. After explaining that there was an issue with the order in the app, the rep said I could pick up the order myself with the Seamless receipt. Went to the physical location and it's a barely-functional ghost kitchen. To their credit, the reps at the front delivery desk brought the order back to the kitchen, but the kitchen manager refused to prepare the order because the system hadn't forwarded the order (in direct contradiction to the phone rep I had spoken to). They also refused to speak with me to resolve the issue. Some real stellar customer service there, after I had already waited 90+ minutes for a couple of egg sandwiches from a restaurant 2 blocks from my office.
The breakfast sandwich was delicious, the tots were crispy, and I practically inhaled the banana bread pudding. So good!

I have never left a review on a restaurant before but I am writing this one because of how bad the service was. They did not deliver my food and then refused to grant a refund or to fix the delivery. They held me on the phone for an hour stalling and providing no help. Terrible customer service will scam you out of your money DO NOT ORDER!!
Worst experience ever!! They never delivered the order which they fully charged and when I called them they said it is in the kitchen and they are very busy and will deliver when it is ready. When asked when is that going to happen there was no definite response and I was told in a very rude manner that they are super busy and it will go out of the kitchen whenever ready. I asked to talk to the manager and was denied saying he is busy. Ruined my Sunday morning, mood and appetite.. Rude unacceptable attitude and client service. WATCH OUT
