The food here is horrible both in flavor and taste and in size and quantity. I ordered the Steak & Chimi off their menu at $28 and all I got was the 3 tiny steak strips as shown in the picture below. On top of that I asked for it to be medium rare and as it is shown in the picture it is very well done. Besides all of that the steak tasted really bad. To pay almost 30 dollars and get what I got, I would say it's absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this place and definitely avoid.

Low quality service. It seemed to me they are under-staffed, and the people working were under lots of stress due to low support.
Food got to us with delay but it was yummy. I hope the management reads these comments.

We live in the neighborhood and had high hopes for granola bar. We really like the concept but some of the food portions are quite small, like the salads or warm salad bowls.
The food is ok, but needs a revamp. They should actively seek customers opinions and actively figure out how to improve it.
What everyone says is true. They DO hide up-charges. For example, if you ask for a coffee they give you the size everyone else in the restaurant has in the same standard mug everyone has and then charge you for a large. There’s no question of “what size?” as they want you to believe you’re just getting a regular coffee (and you are— it’s the standard size they automatically give everyone) but they charge you for a large. I’d have been happy to pay the charge if it was baked in or clearly indicated, but the intentional deception is off putting. Very scumbag business practices.
Absolutely mediocre food (had the everything pigs in a blanket and hot honey chicken sandwich) mediocre service, but nice environment.

I have never written a negative review BUT I was so excited to sit down and eat lunch and when I bite into my chicken sandwich it was raw on the middle. I was in to much shock or I’d have taken a photo. It’s really a health issue to serve raw chicken and ruined my appetite. I think in that situation the manager should come and apologize or least share if there’s a reason behind it. Will not be eating there again and cannot recommend eating here.

Ben, the general manager I believe, is the rudest of them all. Never coming back. Horrible experience. Place is a little nice I guess but that’s all

I'd liked this restaurant since it opened - for lunch, brunch and dinner. I'm sad to see that they're no longer open for dinner. I can't help but think that if the name was different,that this restaurant would have been very successful all day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Let me begin by saying that the host and lady behind the counter were very nice. After that interaction, everything went downhill. First, prices on the menu is not what they were charging. After telling the manager about it, he said, “these are the prices, take it or leave it.” Then proceeded to tell me people will come back if prices are different to what they market. Order: 2 below par smoothies for $30 that took 20 minutes to be prepared. As we walked out, another customer said he waited 1 hour for the food and ALSO said he was never coming back.

The dining area is gorgeous and our food was good. However, our service was terrible. Our food arrived well before our coffee, and our water was never refilled during our entire hour long breakfast. The waitress never once checked in on us, and it was obvious that other tables were being prioritized and were visited far more frequently. We were very exited about our breakfast and left feeling ignored and disrespected.

Went this morning for breakfast and was denied a table because we had our stroller for our baby with us!!! The restaurant was almost completely empty but they couldn’t accommodate us. Won’t be ordering or going back there again. Such a shame and so rude.

Horrible food in comparison to the Westport, CT location. If you like brown/ burnt eggs and sweet potatoes hard as a rock, this is a five-star establishment
