The sauces were not spicy, overly salty, and lacking in flavor. The noodles themselves were chewy and good but we were mostly disappointed with our dishes. The sauce in the Dapan Niu was almost ketchup-y
the food is AMAZING! some friends and i stopped by during a walk and this will now be a frequented spot. quick service and very cute area, but small. the teas are also very refreshing and not too sweet.
Where do I start? The broth, fire. The noodles, fresh and delicious. This place always makes you feel like you’re having a homemade meal at grandmas house; cozy and warm.
