The noodles are amazing, and every dish is customizable. I love the scallion ginger, but I've had other flavors too. I ALWAYS get the seitan, it is so good! I think they make the seitan in house, there's something unique about the texture.
small noodle shop near Harlem as a gluten free eater getting something satisfying and seasoned well without sacrificing quality can be tough. This place is a go to. They're fast, and my go to rice noodle pork combo tends to last me two meals for the price it costs. Can't advocate enough.

Ordered the dapan niu, and it was delicious and flavorful. The noodles were chewy and the gravy was well seasoned with tender beef and potatoes. Would recommend sharing a bowl the portions are generous.
