Horrible service, they take care of customers as they see fit/ when the see fit specially at 8pm on 12/25 person on the register took their sweet time.Guest what!! You lost a customer!! Merry Christmas thank your lazy employees.
My drink is good but it seems they don’t read the orders correctly. I asked for less ice. I got the normal ice in the cup. It Might be because of the language barrier.I didn’t bother going back, because I’m on the run. Reasons of mobile order. I expected better, drinks and food should be handled correctly.I believe the staff needs to know or get the training that is needed to pay attention to there customer’s orders. No dunkin donuts is this bad. Stale and dry. And $2 for a plain donut! Crazy. This is par for the course in the city. Wouldn't be allowed anywhere else, especially for this price. That's why we have a city of $6 donuts. People have given up! Threw my donut away. You deserve better.
