No dunkin donuts is this bad. Stale and dry. And $2 for a plain donut! Crazy. This is par for the course in the city. Wouldn't be allowed anywhere else, especially for this price. That's why we have a city of $6 donuts. People have given up! Threw my donut away. You deserve better.

My drink is good but it seems they don’t read the orders correctly. I asked for less ice. I got the normal ice in the cup. It Might be because of the language barrier.I didn’t bother going back, because I’m on the run. Reasons of mobile order. I expected better, drinks and food should be handled correctly.I believe the staff needs to know or get the training that is needed to pay attention to there customer’s orders. Lack of attention and care, equals money loss.I been coming here for years, it’s sometimes good, sometimes bad. Depends on the person. It’s never consistent, I go to this one because it’s convenient.Something to keep in mind when ordering here.Good luck.

Customer service is horrible. Workers name (ZIA) refused to give a refund, tell customers they have to come back tomorrow to talk to manager to get refund. They call customers name like Stupid. The store food and drink is nasty.

There customer service is horrible the workers are so disrespectful and had the audacity to yell at a customer. Charged me for the wrong order. When i went in to complain instead of fixing the problem the worker started yelling. Just go to another dunkin' this is unacceptable.

They don’t know the difference between sausage and bacon. Or they just don’t care.It’s 50-50 whether they’ll get your order correct even when no one else is in the store.It’s always too loud to hear your own thoughts, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they just don’t hear the orders, but it’s clear that they don’t care to get it right.You’re paying too much for mass-produced, lackluster product as it is, at the very least you should be getting what you ordered.
