I have routinely come to this store to get slices of cake about once a week because my daughter likes them. Today it was raining and I saw that there was a customer already inside so I opened the door to get out of the rain while I waited to put in my order. The men working there were hard to understand but ai could understand them telling me to wait outside. Poor customer service. You literally will text them for days trying to get confirmation for a slice literally. No reply. I understand he maybe busy but it is still a business customers shouldn’t have to wait for a reply or not get one at all for more orders
