Went here for our anniversary and it was a great experience. We ordered the agnolotti with crab and it was fantastic - we cannot wait to come back and have the dish again. The ambience is great as well. Thank you to JP and the impeccable team here - we really appreciated the amazing service!
We heard a lot of great things about this restaurant. I love the ambiance and the service was great. However, even though it was restaurant week, food was very disappointing. What we did enjoy was a great salad. The fish and chips were marginal along with the linguine with mushrooms. The dessert however was oversized and delicious. Located at The Manner Hotel, The Otter has become one of my FAVORITE restaurants in the city and is a must-visit especially if you're in the soho area. If you like seafood, this is your place. The oysters were so fresh - we were instantly impressed. Little did we know the halibut would blow us away! It was cooked to perfection and the the mint was such a nice touch.
