Porforio Cortes was our server. We had never been to a Tea Service. He made our experience so special, taking our photos and helping us with the menu. He helped create a beautiful mother - daughter memory.
Our family of four absolutely loved having tea at the Palm Court. Our oldest child has a severe pistachio allergy. The restaurant reached out by phone a week before our arrival to let me know that they could safely accommodate us. At tea they made menu changes to ensure our child's safety. The service was impeccable. Our server, Elvis, was attentive and personable. He truly made the experience perfect. Our 10-year-old, who got the Eloise tea, was over the moon.
Had afternoon tea with a friend and it was a great time. Staff were so friendly, especially our waiter Elvis. The scones were so good! Would recommend for a fun experience and beautiful location.
